Registration fees:

1. IAME Members and members of MITO*, and members of IMSF**:
     Euro 320
2. Non-Members: Euro 450
3. Students: Euro 150
4. Spouses (gala dinner only): Euro 150

The registration fee covers admission to all sessions, refreshment breaks and luncheons from 24 to 26 June 2009, conference materials and Gala dinner on the 25th. The fee for non-members includes membership for one year (not applicable for the student registration fee).

For spouses, the fee covers Gala dinner only.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be made via email to iame2009(at)maritimecenter.dk

Cancellation less than 14 days before the conference is subject to a fee of € 100. If cancelling 7 days or less before the conference, full price is charged.

Accomodation

The conference hotel is SAS Radisson Amager, Copenhagen. It offers an exciting and international environment along with spectacular views of Copenhagen. The hotel is located close to the bustling Copenhagen city centre and offers superb conference facilities and accommodation.

Among many other facilities it houses  a Japanese, an Italian and a Thai Restaurant.
